Order Confirmation
All orders placed by fax, internet or e-mail must be confirmed
by a Wicker Express Customer Service Staff by telephone, by e-mail
or by fax before such orders are considered to be accepted orders.
All confirmed orders are provided with a 7 digit Confirmation
Number. Confirmations generated by auto-response systems
on various websites are not definite confirmations as the flowers
may not be in season etc. Please give us at least 1 day notice
if possible for internet or e-mail orders. For same day or urgent
orders placed by fax, internet or e-mail, please call us by phone
if you do not receive a telephone or e-mail confirmation from
us within 1 hour if the order is sent during our opening hours.

Methods |
Personal
Orders
All personal orders must prepaid by credit card. You can pay for
your telephone/fax/internet orders with Visa, Mastercard or American
Express card.
You can also deposit
cash or cheque into our bank current accounts at Hang Seng Bank
364-061242-001, HongkongBank 047-296207-001 or Bank of China 012-875-00289667
at least 2 business days prior to the delivery date. A copy of
the Deposit Slip must be sent by fax to us at 2881-1928 clearly
marked with the Sender's name and delivery date.
Corporate Accounts
For orders sent out under a company name, we can only accept payment
by cheque drawn on a Company account upon the completion of a
Corporate Account Opening Form available on this website. All
invoices are due within 7 days after presentation of invoice.
Only Corporate Accounts which attain a minimum monthly purchase
commitment of at least HK$3,000 per month are eligible for settlement
on a monthly basis.
Delivery Time Period
All deliveries will be made within a 4 hour window. For example,
morning deliveries will be amde between 9:00 am to 1 pm and afternoon
deliveries between 1 pm to 5 pm. It is not possible to specify
a specific delivery time as our delivery teams need to follow
a delivery route. A Surcharge is payable if you wish the flowers/gifts
to be delivered within a narrower time-period. Please see Express
Delivery Service Surcharge below.

Charges |
There is no charge for delivery
to Central, Admiralty, Sheung Wan,Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui
East.
Delivery charges to other destinations are specified below. Only
1 delivery charge is payable for multiple deliveries to the same
address.
You must be a Very VIP to qualify for the Very VIP Delivery charge
and the order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the
delivery date. There is no discount on the Delivery charge
for same day orders placed by Very VIPs. However, Very VIPs
can still enjoy the 10% discount off the price of the arrangement.
We reserve the right
to amend the delivery charges from time to time.

Deliveries |
| Deliveries to residential addresses
are usually made from 4 pm to 7pm unless otherwise specified. It
is very important that you provide us with the contact telephone
number of the recipient so we can contact him/her in case of incomplete
or incorrect delivery details. |

Cut-off Time |
| Orders placed at least 24 hours
before for deliveries to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula
are normally delivered before 1:00 pm. Deliveries to the New Territories
will normally be made before 4:00 pm. |

Day Order |
Central and Admiralty
Orders are usually delivered to a Central or Admiralty address within
4 hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Hong Kong Island & Kowloon Peninsula Office Addresses
Orders placed before noon for deliveries to office addresses on
Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula will normally be delivered
before 4:30 pm.
New Territories
Addresses
We will try our best to accommodate orders for same day deliveries
to New Territories addresses received before noon but occasionally
we may have to decline such orders because of unpredictable traffic
conditions.
Outlying Islands
Deliveries to outlying islands will only be accepted on a case
by case basis subject to availability of manpower.

to Hospitals |
| We appreciate that
orders for deliveries to hospitals are more difficult to anticipate
so we will every effort to fulfill same day orders. Deliveries to
hospitals are usually made in the early evening but if you wish
the order to be delivered in the morning or before a specific time,
please let us know. |
| Express
Delivery Service Surcharge |
|
For urgent deliveries
to :
(1) Central & Admiralty, we can arrange a 1-1/2 hour Express
delivery service for a $50 surcharge.
(2) For other destinations on Hong Kong Island, we can arrange
a 2-hour Express delivery service for a $100 surcharge.
(3) Kowloon Peninsula, we can arrange a 2-1/2 -hour Express delivery
surcharge for $150 surcharge. (4) New Territories, we can arrange
a 3-hour express delivery service for a $200 surcharge.
The above Surcharge is in addition to the normal delivery charge,
if any.
Express Delivery Service is not available during peak seasons
such as Valentine's Day, Secretary's Day and other peak periods.

| INTERFLORA
Overseas Orders |
Overseas orders should
be placed at least 2 business days in advance and must be pre-paid
by credit cards. Same day deliveries may be possible to some locations
but cannot be guaranteed.
Please appreciate that overseas Interflora orders are prepared by
member florists and not by The Wicker Express. Accordingly, the
Wicker Express arrangements shown in this website are not available
for overseas delivery. Due to differences in weather conditions
and import restrictions, it is important to specify a first choice
and second choice of flowers when placing your Interflora order.
Photographs and recipient feedback of the arrangements are not available. |
| Corporate
Members |
For companies who use
us for their corporate needs, their staff are automatically enrolled
in our Very VIP Program for their personal orders.
Staff will be required to quote their staff ID# at the time they
place their order. |
| Substitutions |
| Due to weather condition
and other factors beyond our control, it may be necessary for us
to substitute different flowers in our arrangements.You will be
advised at the time of ordering about substitutions of the main
flowers. Substitutions of accompanying flowers may be necessary
without notification but will be of comparable value and colour. |
| Flower
Care |
Flowers
are very fragile. Proper care of flowers will ensure longer shelf
life. All flower arrangements and bouquets are accompanied by a
packet of flower food when they are delivered.
When applicable, a Flower Care Instruction card will accompany the
flower arrangements giving advice on how to care for specific flowers.
You are welcome to call our Workshop Manager on 2881-1128 for assistance
if you have any questions. |

& Suggestions |
We welcome feedback
and input from our customers. All flower and gift baskets are accompanied
by a feedback form at the time of delivery. A feedback form will
be sent to you together with a photograph of the arrangement.
All feedback forms are received and reviewed by our management on
a daily basis.
